Bloodwork, cycle tracking, and clinician-reviewed care, designed around how women’s bodies
actually work. We’re getting ready to open. Leave your name and email and we’ll tell you the day we do.
Filia is Latin for daughter.Every woman who uses it is someone’s daughter, and some of you may be hoping for one.
A walk through Filia
Everything that will be here when we open.
Nothing to click yet. Scroll through and read what each part of Filia does, so it all makes sense on day one.
01 · Bloodwork
Your body is more than a reference range.
Filia connects your symptoms, your cycle and your stage of life to real lab testing. There are three ways to choose what to test, and they all end the same way: one lab order, one blood draw, and results you can read.
Guided
Fifteen questions
About four minutes. You answer, and we recommend one real panel from the catalog, with the reasons spelled out.
Ready-made
Panels for real goals
59 panels for questions like thyroid, heart, energy and pregnancy planning, in sizes from Lite to Comprehensive. Each has a fixed price and its full test list.
Your own list
Test by test
Choose from 1,000+ individual tests and see what each one measures. If two choices include the same test, it’s only drawn once.
How a draw works: you choose your tests, an independent physician authorizes the order, and you visit a Quest Diagnostics patient service center near you, with no referral needed. Results arrive in your Filia account, explained in plain language.
02 · Cycle-timed bloodwork
Hormone testing, timed to mean something.
A hormone level depends on where you are in your cycle. Cycle-timed series schedule each draw for the day it answers a question: early in the cycle for the baseline hormones, and seven days after your Peak day for progesterone.
One cycle, two well-timed drawsExample 28-day cycle

Peak + 7Progesterone

2 draws
Cycle Essentials
A baseline (blood count, iron stores, thyroid), then progesterone after Peak.
3 draws
Fertility Foundation
Early-cycle FSH, LH, estradiol and AMH, a baseline, and progesterone after Peak.
3 draws
Hormone & Metabolic Deep Dive
For irregular or absent cycles or suspected PCOS. It adds androgens, SHBG, blood sugar and lipids.
5 draws
Cycle Complete
The fullest picture, with progesterone drawn three times across the second half of the cycle.
Draw days come from what you log in cycle tracking. Your Peak day is what you record; Filia never guesses ovulation for you.
03 · Cycle tracking
See your cycle and your labs on the same timeline.
Cycle tracking is free for everyone. You don’t need to buy anything, just create a free account. Every phase of your cycle sits on one color-coded ring, so it’s easy to see where you are today and when a timed draw is due.

Your temperatures build into a real BBT chart, and a draw-timing planner tells you when to book the draw seven days after Peak. Cycle tracking is not a method of birth control and must not be used to avoid pregnancy.
04 · My Filia
Results in plain language.
Every result shows up in your account with its lab range, its history, and an explanation of what the marker is and what moves it. You can see where a number sits, and why it matters, without needing a medical dictionary.

What it measures, how to read your result, and the sources behind it.
Tracked over time
Each new draw adds to the trend, so you can see change, not just a snapshot.
A report you can share
Bloodwork and cycle tracking in one place, ready to print and take to your care team.
An optional research-range view sits beside the lab’s standard range. It isn’t a diagnosis, and where no research range is published, Filia says so instead of inventing one.
05 · Specialty testing
When your labs are normal and you still don’t feel right.
Some questions sit past standard bloodwork. In partnership with Mosaic Diagnostics, Filia will offer at-home kits collected from urine, stool, saliva or a finger prick, without a trip to the lab.
Environment
Mold toxins, house dust, metals and glyphosate.
Gut
Stool analysis, the microbiome, and H. pylori.
Metabolic
Organic acids, amino acids, omega-3 and vitamin D.
Food & allergy
Allergy testing, and food sensitivity, which is a different thing.
Saliva hormones
Hormone profiles from saliva samples.
Lyme
Ordered with a clinician, not on your own.
Some of these tests are long established and others are still debated. Every test is labeled as established, partly established or contested, so you know which is which before you choose.
06 · Treatment
Treatment, reviewed by a licensed clinician.
When results point somewhere, Filia will connect you with care. Every treatment follows a clinical protocol: sometimes a short online form, sometimes a visit. A licensed clinician makes every medical decision.
Choose a treatment to request.
Continue into the treatment pathway with an independent telehealth provider.
A clinician reviews your health history and decides what’s right for you.
All prescriptions require a clinician’s approval, and your clinician may recommend something else, or nothing at all. Availability varies by state, and the final list will be confirmed at launch.
07 · Supplements
Support that follows your labs, not a trend.
Instead of a wall of bottles, Filia carries one supplement: Mothersense Prenatal+, a prenatal for preconception and pregnancy, sold through our partner Mothersense.
08 · Learn
Clear answers start with better questions.
Everything above comes with the education behind it, written in plain language with the research attached. It’s free to read, and you don’t need to buy anything to use it.
